Refund Policy
At Sprociety Coffee, we comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change of Mind Returns
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for change of mind returns. To be eligible, the product must have at least 70% of its contents remaining and be in its original packaging.
Change of mind returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
Returns Process
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Returned items must be sent back within a reasonable timeframe after approval.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photos where applicable.
In line with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the nature of the issue.
