How does the subscription work? +
Pick your coffee and delivery rhythm — monthly, 2-monthly or 3-monthly. We roast your order fresh and ship it automatically, with 20% off every time. Your first order signs you up, and after one recurring delivery you can cancel, pause or skip anytime.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes — after your first recurring order. Sign up, receive one recurring delivery, and from then on you can cancel, pause, skip or swap roasts in a couple of clicks. No lock-in beyond that.
How fresh is the coffee? +
We roast to order in small batches at our Melbourne roastery. Your beans are typically roasted within days of shipping — not months like supermarket coffee.
Do you offer free shipping? +
Yes — orders over $100 ship free Australia-wide. Stock up or subscribe to a larger rhythm and delivery takes care of itself.
What if I don’t like my coffee? +
