Subscription, Pre-Order & Purchase Terms
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try before you buy. This policy outlines how these purchases work and how you can manage them.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select at checkout.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be automatically charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their duration unless cancelled prior.
Due to the discounted pricing offered on subscription products, a minimum commitment applies. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to receive at least the initial order plus one subsequent recurring order before cancellation.
After this minimum requirement has been met, you may cancel or modify your subscription at any time.

Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is not currently in stock but will be fulfilled at a later date.
We may collect full payment, a partial deposit, or store your payment method at checkout, and charge the remaining balance once the product becomes available.
You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once fulfilled, the order cannot be cancelled, however you may request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Try Before You Buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, your payment method will be authorised prior to fulfilment.
You will be given a specified period to decide whether you would like to keep the item. If the item is not returned within this period, your payment method will be charged in full.
